Shilu

Shilu is an Associate Professor in the College of Environment and Ecology of Xiamen University. She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fudan University, completed her PhD at the University of Western Australia, and earned her undergraduate degree at Zhejiang University. Xuemin Gan 甘学敏, Master Student (she/her)

Xuemin

Xuemin is a Master's student commencing her studies in 2025. She earned her bachelor's degree in Botany from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Her current research focuses on the relationship between bird plumage color and species threat status. Fenghua joined the lab in 2025. She is a young but experienced birder. Her research focuses on how waterbird communities respond to coastal wetland restoration efforts.
