Shilu Zheng 郑诗璐, Associate Professor (she/her)

Shilu is an Associate Professor in the College of Environment and Ecology of Xiamen University. She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fudan University, completed her PhD at the University of Western Australia, and earned her undergraduate degree at Zhejiang University. Feixue Yu 于飞雪, PhD Student (she/her)

Feixue joined the lab as a PhD student in Fall 2025. Her current research focus is on the impact of global climate change and habitat loss on intraspecific trait variation of species. She is interested in collecting Pop Mart dolls and listening to music. Email: yufeixue2022@163.com

Xuemin Gan 甘学敏, Master Student (she/her)

Xuemin is a Master's student commencing her studies in 2025. She earned her bachelor's degree in Botany from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Her current research focuses on the relationship between bird plumage color and species threat status. Fenghua Yu 余枫铧, Master Student (she/her)

Fenghua joined the lab in 2025. She is a young but experienced birder. Her research focuses on how waterbird communities respond to coastal wetland restoration efforts.
